Notice of Annual Elector’s Meeting
The Shire of Quairading will hold its Annual Meeting of Electors in the Town Hall, Jennaberring Road, Quairading on Tuesday, 4 February 2025, commencing directly following a Community Forum scheduled for 6.00pm.
As per s5.5 of the Local Government Act 1995, the 2023/24 Annual Report is available on the Shire website, and upon request a hardcopy can be obtained in the Shire’s Administration Office during ordinary business hours.
Hardcopies of the Annual Report will also be available to attendees at the Annual Elector’s Meeting.
If you intend to ask a question, it would be appreciated if this could be provided to staff via email or at the Shire Administration office at least by Friday, 31 January 2025, to enable staff to adequately research an answer.
