We would like to inform the community that the concrete wheel stops recently installed as part of the Town Hall car park upgrades will be removed.

After further review, it has been determined that they are no longer suitable for the space and present a safety concern for pedestrians. We are taking immediate action to address this and ensure the car park remains safe and accessible for all.

LOT 93 HINKLEY WAY QUAIRADING

In accordance with Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Quairading has formally proposed to sell Lot 93 Hinkley Way Quairading to Shepreth Property Holdings PTY LTD for $35,000 (excl. GST).

Lot 93 Hinkley Way is 5,105m2 of land, located in the Shire of Quairading Light Industrial Area – Stage 2, zoned General Industry under the Shire of Quairading Local Planning Scheme No. 3.

Council welcomes public submissions on the proposed sale of Lot 93 Hinkley Way Quairading.

Written submissions are required to be made in writing to PO Box 38, Jennaberring Road, Quairading WA 6383 or mail shire@quairading.wa.gov.au, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer “Lot 93 Hinkley Way Quairading – Disposal” and will be received until 4pm on Friday 6 December 2024.

The Shire of Quairading will consider the sale of Lot 93 Hinkley Way Quairading at their December 2024 Ordinary Council Meeting.
